We aim to resolve disputes arising out of everyday contracts, which involves providing legal representation to the socially underprivileged classes, who are often discriminated against and taken undue advantage of in the modern service agreements, rent agreements and so on. At the ground level,  individuals are often misguided on the interpretation of their contract and are apprised that they lack legal basis for their valid claims, resulting in poor enforcement rates, and a general sense of  informality as regards the empowering law of contracts. This leads to differences in bargaining power, which ultimately lead to undue influence on the oppressed party. Often, unfair terms are consciously agreed to due to by the party at the lower bargaining end, and these onerous terms lead to difficulties in execution of contracts.

We offer free legal aid including contract advisory, establishing legal representation to the other contracting party(s) and overseeing the process of settlement. The process begins with providing an equitable interpretation of a written contract, terms of which have been agreed to by both the parties. We then establish legal correspondence in the form of e-mails and letters and urge both the parties to agree upon a mutually beneficial interpretation, thereby bringing both the parties to a consensual agreement.

We endeavour to change this status quo, and improve the rate of contract enforcement for such everyday contracts, without the lengthy and expensive process of litigation.
