Sunchit is a law student interested in corporate finance and international transactions. As a person frequently involved with contracts, and the problems arising in their enforcement, he believes that the cause of non-performance of everyday contracts, especially for those people who cannot go to courts or feel dominated by the other party, is an important one. In his opinion, alternative modes of dispute resolution can help peacefully resolve these situations.
Vipashyana is a student of law with a keen interest in economics, public policy and international law. With a knack for finding pragmatic solutions for grassroot problems, she believes that the abstract ideals of justice delivery can only be achieved through concerted action. Owing to income and knowledge inequalities, accessibility to basic contract enforcement mechanisms remain the luxury of a selected few. To surpass these legal complexities and to enforce contractual rights, accommodating interventions are vital.
Ishika is a law student and is interested in dispute resolution, trade law and public policy. Complex legal language and jargon-laden terms in everyday contracts are sometimes beyond ordinary understanding. This leads to exploitation, and non-enforcement of contracts, which is why bridging this knowledge gap is essential. Alternate dispute resolution provides an amicable solution to this problem.
Riena is a graphics and design student, who believes in the power of visuals in brand promotion, with an ability to design & ideate info-graphics, social media posts and content designing.
